Thailand is oozing with Elephant Cruelty. The amount of posts people share of their sick “bucket list” on social media is very hard to take.
To simplify this, anything unnatural is cruel. Elephants don’t paint pictures. They don’t give massages. They dont drink alcohol or belong on a beach unless with their herd and no handler with a bullhook. They don’t give rides or want to be painted.
These elephants used in the entertainment/tourism industry are put through a torturous training process call PHAJAAN or THE CRUSH. Baby elephants are stolen from their Mothers and tied up and left isolated. They are terrified. The worst hasn’t even begun though. They are beaten to near death and restricted any movement, food, water, sleep or any form of kindness. This torture lasts for weeks and many die during this torture.
Thats what they endure for someone’s bucket list. 🚨
We are human beings. We are supposed to be humane in our choices. This post shows various things we do for our pathetic entertainment at the expense of these innocent victims. This is their whole life. They are trained to be slaves and their eyes show how lifeless and detached they are.
They are psychologically destroyed. 🙏🏻
Please help me by searching hashtags #elephantride and tag at least one person to this post. I am sick of people being SO ignorant towards these majestic highly emotional beings. They have extremely strong family ties and the separation from their mother is hard enough. Add to that the beatings they endure regularly should be enough to end this social media platform where people post their animal cruelty pictures/ videos.
Please help me and tag others to this post.
